3. Performance Features & Benefits

  • Fully synthetic PAO base oil — inherently superior oxidation and thermal stability vs. mineral oil
  • Ultra-low carbon residue (Conradson ≤ 0.01%) — virtually eliminates valve deposits and discharge line carbonisation
  • Very high viscosity index (VI ≥ 140–150) — consistent viscosity across wide temperature range (−50°C to +150°C)
  • Outstanding low-temperature fluidity — reliable cold-start performance down to −54°C (ISO 32)
  • Extended drain intervals up to 8000 h (rotary screw) — significantly reduces oil consumption and maintenance costs
  • Excellent anti-wear protection — forms durable tribochemical film on compressor rotors, bearings, and vanes
  • Superior rust and corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Miscible with other PAO-based compressor oils; not recommended for mixing with mineral oils
  • Compatible with standard compressor seals (NBR, FKM, PTFE)

4. Applications

  • High-duty rotary screw air compressors requiring extended drain intervals (≥ 8000 h)
  • Reciprocating compressors operating at high discharge temperatures (> 160°C)
  • Rotary vane compressors and vacuum pumps in continuous-duty service
  • Oil-sealed vacuum pumps in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries
  • Compressors operating in extreme cold environments (start-up at ≤ −40°C)
  • Applications where mineral oil drain intervals are insufficient or fire risk is a concern

7. Storage & Handling

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture ingress. Shelf life: 48 months in original sealed container.

Avoid prolonged skin contact. Use nitrile gloves and safety glasses. Do not mix with mineral compressor oils. Refer to SDS for full guidance.

8. Health, Safety & Environment

A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is available upon request and must be consulted before use. This product is not classified as hazardous under CLP/GHS regulations at normal operating conditions. Dispose of used oil in accordance with local environmental regulations. Do not discharge to drains, water courses, or soil. Refer to SDS for full environmental and health precautions.
